It is at the HQ of Davanagere district, Karnataka state.
    The administrative building, farmers hostel, demo units and staff quarters are at the KVK farm,
      Vidyanagar(at Kadalivana). Some demo units are also present at the KVK farm, Tolahunase.
    To reach the KVK three means can be used.

1) By Air – the nearest airport is Hubli and Bangalore. After reaching there, either bus or train can       be taken to reach the place, Davanagere.
2) By Train – The city Davanagere is on Bangalore – Bombay Rail way line of Indian South-Western
     Railways. Intercity trains also run on the line from Bangalore to Hubli and vice-versa. From
     either of the stations the distance is around 250 km.
3) By Bus – Plenty of buses are available from Bangalore to Hubli (NH-4) and vice-versa. From
     either of the stations the distance is around 250 km.

After reaching the Davanagere city, an auto or city bus can be taken to reach the KVK at Vidyanagar (3 km from Railway station /Bus stand). KVK farm at Tolahunase (15 km) can be reached by city bus or private buses travel from Davanagere to Channagiri.
